This is a restaurant with a difference; an enjoyable dining experience with the finest foods.  Thistles features local acoustic artists on Saturdays from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm.  Some items featured on the menu are: French onion (caramelized onions, beef broth, parmesan croutons,  Swiss cheese crust); Pastrami and Swiss (thin sliced pastrami, Swiss cheese, marble rye, French fries); and Highland Burger (half pound burger, sharp cheddar cheese, jack’s grilled onions, French fries).
